**Job Description**:
In the role as a **Buyer-Procurement, **we are seeking a competent, self-driven and committed individual and be able to balance tactical and operational procurement. You will be reporting to the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain, where the following tasks would be a part of your job profile:

- Analysis of procurement spend, supply base and buying behaviour
- Execute sourcing projects to deliver quality, service, and commercial benefits
- Manage the sourcing strategy development, requirements gathering, prequalification, request for proposal, supplier selection and contract negotiation components of the sourcing process
- Establish, implement and follow up frame agreements
- Develop and implement category strategies for various indirect and professional services sub-categories
- Work closely as a Business Partner for our internal customers
- Define service level expectations with Business Partner
- Manage the relationship with internal procurement stakeholders and customers.
- Contribute to best practices sourcing methodology and process improvements
- Monitoring and follow-up of suppliers
- Ensure the tactical execution of purchasing activities to meet routine business needs
- Support in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and catalogues
- Make call-offs and operational purchases

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:
We look for experienced personnel with the essential skills that includes:

- Bachelor/ Master degree in relevant discipline area or documented extensive experience in the field
- 5-7 years of experience in Procurement
- Experience of sourcing management of different types of agreements
- Hands on experience with supply chain management software (experience with SAP and Jaeger is an advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Experience in building relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven track record of high customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience of working with a fragmented user base in multiple locations
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders simultaneously
- Must be a quick study, proven ability to manage change, ability to work across boundaries
