Duties & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of a Public Relationship officer are:
1. Executing the Marketing Strategies
- Implementing marketing plans to achieve sales goals.

2. Working on Effective Referral Program
- Cultivating relationships with sources to generate repeat referrals.
- Participating in facility's marketing education, ensuring knowledge of their

resources and maintaining knowledge of competitor facilities.
- Meeting Maximum Numbers of General Practioners, Paediatricians &
Gynaecologists as per the plan.
- Collaborating with facility personnel regarding referrals, evaluations and

marketing activities.

3. Co
- ordination with the consultants
- Facilitating the association of consultants on hospital panel at full time or

part time

4. Patient Satisfaction
- Keeping in mind the Patient in centre, Public Relationship officer, Nimai's

Borneo vadodara Branch need to ensure patients & Patient’s relative’s

comfort, treatment protocols etc in co-ordination with the respective

authorities.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Patient Feedback system.

5. Desired Revenue and Profit
- Ensure effective connect with the General Practitioners and other medicos

in order to have good patient referrals.

6. Communicating activities and concerns to supervisor.

7. Completing required paperwork, managing correspondence and maintaining

data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
