Head of Public Relations

We are looking for a PR Head to shape and strengthen our brand’s reputation across media, industry, and public platforms. This is a leadership role where you will own the communications strategy, build strong media relationships, and ensure our narrative consistently positions us as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the organization’s overall PR and communications strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage press releases, media pitches, thought-leadership articles, and corporate announcements.
  • Oversee crisis communication plans and act as the spokesperson when required.
  • Lead internal and external communications to ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and business teams to amplify campaigns and initiatives.
  • Identify speaking opportunities, industry forums, and awards to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor media coverage, track brand sentiment, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Manage PR agencies, vendors, and budgets effectively.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging communication channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in PR/Corporate Communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong media network and established relationships with press and industry stakeholders.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in handling crisis communications and reputation management.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute with speed and precision.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
