**Job Title**: Course Advisor - Sales and Marketing

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

**Location**: Delhi

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise prospective students on the right courses and programs based on their career objectives.
- Engage with leads and follow up to convert them into enrolled students.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, guiding them through the admission process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service and address student queries effectively.
- Ensure smooth enrollment and onboarding processes for new students.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with students and leads.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in any field.
- **Excellent communication skills** (both verbal and written) are essential.
- Sales and marketing experience is a plus, but **freshers** with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to engage, persuade, and build strong relationships with students.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach towards work.
