**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive

**Location**: Mumbai

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and quotas.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- **CRM Management**: Accurately update and maintain records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- **Proposal Creation**: Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and other sales documents as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Generate and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in [specific software, e.g., CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Office].
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and achieving targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
