**Job Title**: Tele Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain a database of customer information and sales activities in CRM software.
- Handle customer objections effectively and provide solutions to address concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and tele sales techniques (training can be provided).
- Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus).
