We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented **Telesales Executive** to join our business development team. In this role, you will reach out to potential clients, understand their business needs, and pitch our consultancy services to help them succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients (startups, SMEs, entrepreneurs) to pitch our services.
- Explain services such as company registration, GST, income tax filing, audit support, and bookkeeping.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable service recommendations.
- Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Provide basic post-sale support or escalate queries to relevant departments.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of business registration, tax, and accounting services (training will be provided).
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, or a related field is a plus.
