**Job Summary**:
The Guest Relations Officer is responsible for ensuring guests have a positive experience from arrival to departure. They act as the first point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering personalized services to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Maintain updated records of guest interactions and preferences.
- Arrange special services such as transportation, restaurant reservations, or room upgrades.
- Monitor guest feedback through surveys and online reviews and report insights to management.
- Assist VIP guests and ensure high levels of personalized service.
- Promote loyalty programs and upsell hotel services where appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic office programs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 1+ years of experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
