Responsibilities of Dispatch Planner
- To ensure timely delivery of product after the receipt of customer PO.
- Coordinating with customer to schedule time & date of delivery.
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the team.
- Follow up with purchase team to identify any delay in procurement of material and ask senior for alternative.
- keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
- Proper documentation of order related documents.
- Be informed with ongoing order status to answer customer queries.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makarpura, Vadodara, Gujarat, Vadodara - 390014, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 4years: 3 years (preferred)
