Location: Vadodara

**Skills**:

- Good Communication Skill
- Knowledge on SAP
- Very good knowledge on English
- Good Knowledge on MS Office, Word / XL

Job Responsibility
- Make necessary PR-PO of required material according to customer requirement at in SAP.
- Update material progress from vendors and take follow up of urgent material according to planned scheduled.
- To ensure proper resource availability for customer site activity.
- Make necessary SO, outbound delivery and generate invoice in SAP to dispatch the material.
- Make payment document for the customer payment.
- Collect data necessary to compile long and short term activity plans.
- Make daily MIS from collecting data from SAP and monitoring the status.
- Analyses total Material dispatch cost per month item customer.
- Attends planning, engineering and operation meeting.
- Liaises with operation personnel to ensure availability of materials and

Transporter to meet plan dates.
- May be required to visit shop floor occasionally to complete customer material requirements.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 48 months

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
