**Responsibilities**:
**Reviewing and Organizing Import/Export Documentation**:

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of ISF (Importer Security Filing) and CDC filings.
- Maintain organized records of all import/export documentation for compliance purposes.

**Planning Appointments for Shipments**:

- Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to schedule timely appointments for shipments.
- Ensure smooth logistics operations by planning and optimizing shipment schedules.

**Coordination Among Teams**:

- Collaborate with various internal departments to obtain necessary documents within deadlines.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination to ensure seamless import/export processes.

**Daily Inspection and Order Completion**:

- Conduct daily inspections of orders across different online platforms to ensure accuracy and completion.
- Coordinate with fulfillment teams to address any issues and ensure timely order processing.

**Customer Refunds Processing**:

- Verify and process customer refunds promptly and accurately across all online marketplaces.
- Ensure compliance with refund policies and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

**Orders Syncing Troubleshooting**:

- Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to order syncing between different systems and platforms.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams and follow up until resolution.

**Reports Maintenance and Analysis**:

- Maintain detailed reports on import/export activities, order fulfillment, and customer refunds.
- Create weekly summary reports and provide insights and observations to management for decision-making.

**Requirements**:
Should have Bachelor degree in any stream
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces and order management systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

**Location : Thane. Maharashtra**

**Qualification : Any Graduate**

**Experience : 3+ years**

**Salary : 3-5 LPA**

**Key skills : Excellent communication skills (English).**
