What is IMAC

What is Physical Asset Verification

1. Maintaining the inventory of end user asset (Desktop, laptop, printer, scanner)

2. Maintaining the inventory of DC assets ( Servers, VMs, Router, Switches, UPS, Mail boxes)

3. Maintaining the end user asset life cycle through IMAC process

4. Ensure the DC asset lifecycle through change request

5.IMAC check list : Verify the compliance SCCM console and all in use assets are reflecting in SCCM console.

6. IMAC check list : Share discrepancy report with compliance team so that assets not reflecting in SCCM console can be checked remotely or physically

7.IMAC check list : Verify compliance at BMC console (Asset management tool). Share discrepancy report with end user and DC team.

8.IMAC check list : Verify compliance at McAfee and Symantec console. all in use assets are reflecting in antivirus console.

9.IMAC check list : Share discrepancy report with respective team so that assets not reflecting in antivirus console can be checked remotely or physically

10. to share monthly MIS with customer

11. Generate quarterly asset inventory report for ARC/RRC calculation. All in-use assets should be reflected in SCCM, BMC tool and Antivirus console.

12. Periodic data upload in BMC tool

14 Physical Asset Verification once in a year

16. SLA meets for IMAC calls

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,259.78 per month

- Rotational shift
