**Immediate opening for IT Executive**

**Experience Required for this job : 5 to 6 years**

**Notice period : immediate to 15 days**

**Location : Thane Location**

**Qualification : Any Graduate, with any kind of IT certification will be applicable**

**Basic Knowledge**

2) Preventative and corrective maintenance, repair tasks on computers, laptops, printers, and any other IT equipment’s

3) Should work within the scope of IT compliance and as per company requirements and IT policies.

4) Basic networking knowledge is required, perform Internal network WAN/LAN support, Wi-Fi router configuration, troubleshooting internet problems, Network crimping and punching whenever required.

5) Desktop/laptop/server/user data backup/restoration

6) IT Helpdesk ticket logging for attended calls or maintain records of attended call (Excel)

8) Co-ordination with our regional offices/plants whenever required for IT support.

9) Co-ordination with material suppliers, vendors, ISPs for follow-ups and problem resolution

10) On-site or offsite employee support either physically or by remote software

11) Assistance to IT team in various projects, firewall, server, or network problems

12) Maintain and Manage IT asset records like hardware and software inventory, warranty.

13) Perform work within SLA and maintain good relationship with user.

14) Knowledge of physical and logical access control within department

15) Knowledge and understanding of client server architecture.

16) Remote support to other locations whenever required.

17) Visit to other locations whenever required.

18) Documents preparation for User ID creation/Disable, URS, IT asset allocation/return, daily checklist/reports, backup sheet preparation.

Skills (required)

1) At least 5 to 6 years of work experience as a desktop support engineer.

2) Resident of nearby areas as work location

3) Should have completed computer hardware and networking course.

4) Education must be diploma in computer/BSC/BE in computer stream from government universities only.

5) Able to Speak local language, English & Hindi
