JD – IT Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Server Management:
o Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.
o Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File/Print servers, and Group
Policies.
o Monitor server performance, security patches, and system backups.
o Implement and maintain data security protocols, firewalls, and access controls.
Desktop / End-User Support:
o Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
o Install and update operating systems, software, and applications.
o Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across the organization.
o Manage asset inventory of desktops, laptops, and IT equipment.
Network & Security:
o Monitor and manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
o Collaborate with vendors/ISPs for network uptime and troubleshooting.
o Ensure endpoint protection (antivirus, patch updates, etc.).
Backup & Disaster Recovery:
o Manage regular backups of servers and business-critical applications.
o Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Documentation & Compliance:
o Maintain IT documentation (network diagrams, configurations, licenses, asset
details).
o Ensure compliance with IT policies and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–6 years of experience as a System Administrator / IT Support Engineer.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server, and Active Directory.
Experience in managing desktop/laptop hardware, OS, and applications.
Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, Firewalls, VPNs).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
