**About NUPI**:
NUPI runs Multi-Brand Loyalty programs for our Partners and simplify some of the largest global Brands to acquire and retain customers online/offline aiming to be the trusted partner for consumers in their Brand selection process. It offers a Redemption Engine to consumers leveraging the group’s acquired SME-commerce capacities.
NUPI provides an all-in-one solution for Loyalty, rewards and recognition to empower brands to maximize their customer acquisition efforts and turn transactional sales into passionate brand advocates. NUPI builds omni channel (website, mobile App or In-store POS machines) CRM tech-solutions for its brand partners to enable community reach.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products, services, billing, and account management.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, feedback, and resolutions in the system.
- Guide customers through product setup, usage, and features to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure all customer concerns are resolved to the highest standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product, Tech Support) to improve customer experience and ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Monitor and meet KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Continuously improve customer support processes, workflows, and documentation
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
