**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including processing invoices, receipts, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain general ledger entries, and ensure they are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement).
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing and resolution of issues.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper documentation for financial transactions.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and financial reports.
- Review and process expense reports and ensure they comply with company policies.
- Provide support in managing financial software and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist senior accountants and management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in an accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial data with integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with other teams.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
