- Maintain books of accounts, pass necessary entries, maintain vouchers and necessary documentation under adherence to internal controls and standard SOPs.
- Raise invoices, do receivables management
- Accounts Payables.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements
- Prepare monthly management (MIS) reports
- Compute, document and process monthly / quarterly tax payments such as TDS, GST, Advance Tax
- Prepare and file returns for GST, TDS
- Annual finalization of accounts including passing finalization entries, compiling books of accounts, and preparation of financial statements as per Companies Act, 2013.
- Assist in statutory audit
- Co-ordinate with external consultant (CA) for any matters
- Handle commercial documentations like Purchase Orders, Service Orders, Contracts
- Manage petty cash
- Generate reports related on profitability, productivity, receivables.
- Exposure into budgeting, forecasting, reporting and P & L is a plus.

- Should be able to work within a small team and coordinate with various team members. Should understand his role well within the organization and be able to manage expectations.
- Willing to learn and grow with the organization
- Should be willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines when the need arises

Qualification Requirements
- Minimum Qualification - B.Com/ M.Com/ CA Intermediate/MBA
- Prior Work Experience - 4 years minimum
- Should be well versed with Microsoft Office and should be good at advance excel.
