
Customer Support Exec

8. Maintain strong **customer relationships** by responding to inquiries and properly documenting all actions.
9. Ability to **multitask and coordinate with different teams**, including the technical team, to address customer requirements and issues.
10. Ensure all **internal trackers and documents** are updated and maintained properly.
**Main Requirements**:
1. **0-1 years of experience** in customer support (familiarity with XBRL is a plus).
2. Availability to work in **flexible shifts**, including **night shifts**.
3. **Proficiency in Excel **and a solid **understanding of accounting principles.**
4. Working from **Mumbai** Office
