We are Hiring for Tender Biding Executive

Position: Tender Biding Executive

Location: Panjrapol cross road, Ahmedabad

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job role:

- Involved in all activities of Tendering from Tender identification to Tender Submission.
- Collection of Tender Notices from various sources and good command in GeM Portal
- Checking the eligibility Conditions / Qualification criteria for bidding and intimating the

Management whether the company is eligible/ not participate in the bid with its available

Credentials.
- Upon receiving the hard copy of bid documents (Download from the Web site) Study of

Tender Documents and prepare synopsis of the Tender.
- Registration of the Tendering Sites.
- Preparation of Pre-bid Queries and follow up for the queries clarifies unfavorable contract

Conditions modified in favor of Company.
- Good Communication skills.
- Good command in mail Drafting.
