**Responsibilities**:

- **Operate Embroidery Machines**: Set up and operate single and multi-head embroidery machines according to job specifications and production requirements.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring that embroidery meets established standards and customer expectations.
- **Material Preparation**: Prepare materials such as fabric, thread, backing, and other supplies for embroidery, including hooping and stabilizing materials as necessary.
- **Thread Management**: Monitor thread tension, thread changes, and thread breaks during production to maintain consistent embroidery quality.
- **Machine Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines, including cleaning, oiling, and troubleshooting minor issues to ensure optimal performance.
- **Production Planning**: Assist in planning and scheduling embroidery production to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
- **Workflow Coordination**: Coordinate with other production team members to prioritize orders, manage workloads, and optimize production efficiency.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate production records, including job sheets, machine settings, and quality control documentation.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and quality enhancements in embroidery production.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹43,565.10 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
