**Key Responsibilities**

Order Management:
1. Manage and oversee all incoming orders from the store, online platforms, and marketplaces.

2. Ensure accurate and timely order processing and updates in the proprietary software.

Customer Coordination:
1. Communicate with customers to understand design requirements, delivery expectations, and special customization requests.

2. Provide regular updates to customers on order status and delivery timelines.

Vendor Management:
1. Collaborate with vendors for fabric sourcing, embroidery, and stitching requirements.

2. Ensure timely procurement and production as per design specifications.

3. Effectively communicate in Hindi to create urgency and resolve production issues with vendors.

Production Planning:
1. Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.

2. Monitor manufacturing timelines to ensure no delays while maintaining quality standards.

3. Optimize production processes to meet deadlines during peak sales periods.

Quality Assurance:
1. Conduct quality checks at various production stages to ensure the highest craftsmanship.

2. Address and rectify any quality issues proactively.

Data and Reporting:
1. Maintain accurate records of production stages and order statuses in the proprietary software.

2. Provide periodic production status reports to senior management.

Team Leadership:
1. Lead and mentor production associates and vendor partners.

2. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Process Improvement:
1. Identify areas of inefficiency and implement strategies to streamline operations.

2. Suggest innovations to improve product quality and production speed.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Production Management, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the fashion or designer wear industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
