**Responsibilities**:

- Alter and customize dresses for women and children to fit customer specifications and body measurements.
- Perform fittings with clients, mark garments for alterations, and execute changes including resizing, restyling, and reshaping of pieces as required.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to understand garment construction and alteration limits.
- Manage multiple alteration tasks with precision under tight deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Utilize embroidery skills to add custom decorative elements to garments as per client or design requirements.
- Maintain sewing equipment and manage inventory of supplies like threads, needles, and embellishments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering recommendations on garment care and maintenance.
- Keep records of alterations, materials used, and client details for future reference.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a tailor, with strong skills in garment fitting and alterations.
- Expertise in operating sewing and embroidery machines.
- Excellent hand-sewing and embroidery skills.
- Strong understanding of fabric behavior and garment construction.
- Ability to work accurately and detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Interest and creative skills in embroidery and embellishments are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
