**Job Purpose**

Lead and drive Future Communications product development & GTM to deliver differentiated best in case services for customers

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative future

communication propositions
- Work with key ecosystem players incl. Google, Facebook & Ad partners to create win-win propositions
- Define vision and strategy for a pipeline of new Comms products, execute full product cycle, integrate customer and partner feedback into product requirements & driving prioritization
- Drive and execute go-to-market plans for new propositions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to determine effective launch strategy, including rollout sequencing, creative asset development, and communication goals to best drive awareness, engagement, and uplift
- Track success metrics for key product, improvements and measure impact, build a feedback loop for continuous improvement
- Ability to analyze and structure complex agreements with a proven track record of execution

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- 8 + years product management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management. Competent and confident in relationship building
- Digital and lifecycle marketing domain knowledge along with keen interest in understanding journeys and go to market approaches
- Proven ability to manage and work with cross-functional teams in a matrix

environment
- Project management experience, experience leading and executing multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to formulate and articulate contractual, technical, financial and value points among internal teams & partners
- Understanding of telecom networks and related technologies

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

MBA and/or Engineering background will have added advantage however not necessary
