We are looking for a **Shift In charge of Ammonia plant & Urea plant ( 2 positions )**

**Location : India - SITE based**

**Duration : 3 to 6 Months**

**Skills / Qualifications**
- **Graduation in Chemical Engineering, B.Sc./ Diploma (Chemical) from a reputed institute**:

- ** 15 ‐ 20 years' experience in Pre‐commissioning & Commissioning and operation of Urea / Ammonia plant in the role of shift in charge.**:

- ** Technology excellence in Urea / Ammonia technology**:

- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution ability
- Skills to execute and supervise dealings in accordance to commissioning guidelines and
- deadlines.
- Good in planning strategies to achieve Pre‐commissioning/Commissioning and pant operations with available resources.
- Knowledge of Commissioning management soft tools

**Main Accountabilities**
- Responsible for closely monitoring pre‐commissioning/ commissioning activities and subsequently operation of Urea / Ammonia plant
- Effectively monitor a team of Contractor's pre‐commissioning/ commissioning engineers to deliver successful and safe pre‐commissioning/ commissioning activities
- Co‐ordinate pre‐commissioning/ commissioning activities amongst Contractor, Licensor, Client during pre‐ mechanical completion stage.
- Effectively participate in the project review meetings and bring out critical points affecting the Urea / Ammonia plant progress/ quality
- Generate and compile requisite documentation for successful hand‐over of plant to the owners
- Ensure ALL the pre‐commissioning/ commissioning protocols, procedures, methodologies are followed without exception at ALL times during ALL phases of project
- Technology excellence in Urea / Ammonia is a MUST
- Co‐ordinate the pre‐commissioning/ commissioning activities with PMC, Owners, Licensors, Construction teams, Contractors/ sub‐contractors
- Ensure Safe conduct of the Pre‐commissioning/ commissioning team at all times during various phases of the project
- Should be able to execute and supervise dealings in accordance to commissioning guidelines and deadlines.
- Should be good in planning strategies to achieve pre‐commissioning/ commissioning completion with available resources.
