Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the political objectives, messaging, and target audience.
- Create compelling and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, to support the organization's political agenda.
- Maintain and manage social media profiles and accounts, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Interact with clients and understand their requirements.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, when necessary, to reach a wider audience and promote key messages.
- Regularly monitor social media trends, track engagement metrics, and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Adjust strategies based on insights.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans for handling negative feedback, controversies, or crises on social media platforms.
- Collaborate with other members of the communications and marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across various channels.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to political advertising and social media, ensuring all content complies with legal requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on social media performance and campaign results to stakeholders.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments, and responding to inquiries.
- Strong understanding of politics, current affairs, and digital marketing trends.
- Proficient in content writing, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Capable to handle team of Graphic Designers, Photographers & Content writer.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a political or advocacy setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and edit multimedia content.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge of political processes and issues (preferred).
- Crisis management skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and advertising platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,445.75 - ₹35,940.05 per month
