**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Collect and document customer information accurately in the system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Achieve and maintain performance targets, such as call quality, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security guidelines.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
