**Position**: Product Sales Advisor (Female)
**Location**: Khan Market, Hauz Khas, Ludhiana, Gurugram

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: 3-8 years (Cosmetic Industry or Related Field)
**Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month
**Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Sales and Promotion**:

- Effectively demonstrate and promote cosmetic products to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
- Suggest upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product details, usage techniques, and new launches.
- Educate customers about product benefits, ingredients, and usage instructions.
- **Store Operations Support**:

- Maintain product displays, ensure stock availability, and report inventory needs.
- Follow store procedures and ensure the showroom is presentable at all times.
- **Market Trends Awareness**:

- Monitor customer preferences and industry trends to suggest new product ideas.
- Share feedback with the management to align offerings with market demands.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 3-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetic, beauty, or luxury retail sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and makeup products.
- Excellent sales and persuasion skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer interactions professionally.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in luxury cosmetics or premium retail brands.
