**Financial Planning and Strategy**:

- Contribute to the development of financial plans and strategies to support organizational goals.
- Participate in financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate business decisions.

**Risk Management**:

- Assist in identifying financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to anticipate potential risks to the organization's financial health.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the finance department, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments.
