**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- **Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- **Reporting**:

- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes.
- **Banking**:

- Manage bank deposits and reconciliations.
- Monitor and update cash flow statements.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide support to the finance team in day-to-day operations.
- Handle correspondence and inquiries related to financial matters.
- **Compliance and Audit**:

- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Ensure adherence to tax and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or pursuing one).
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred**:

- Previous experience in a finance-related role.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
