Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: Chennai

Company Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1 to 2 years of accounting experience to further develop their skills and contribute to our organization's success.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

2. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

3. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

4. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

5. Support finance team in various tasks as needed.

6. Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

7. Assist in audits and other financial examinations.

8. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or trends.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
