Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate System Administrator with 1-3

provide first-line support to internal employees, ensuring prompt and efficient

resolution of IT-related issues. This role requires good problem-solving skills,

customer service orientation, and the ability to work under mínimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Incident Management: Respond to and resolve technical support requests
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network,

and system issues.
- User Support: Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of

desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and user

interactions in the ticketing system.
- Training: Provide training and support for new software and technology

rollouts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to escalate and

resolve complex issues.
- Asset Management: Assist in managing IT assets and inventory.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support

role. Ready to work in flexible 24x7 Shift Environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,

or a related field preferred.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop

Administrator Associate, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Working Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Linux, Mac OS, MS

Office Suite, Active Directory (AD) users account management, and common
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
