**Job Requirements**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies tailored to clients' specific goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, optimal ad placements, and relevant keywords for the most effective ad campaigns.
- Create compelling ad copies, visually appealing graphics, and engaging multimedia content to maximize user engagement and increase page likes.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance on an ongoing basis to ensure the best possible return on investment (ROI) and achieve campaign objectives.
- Utilize Facebook's ad targeting tools and audience segmentation features to reach the right audience with the most relevant content.
- Prepare regular reports and performance analysis.Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad campaigns, targeting, and creative elements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 2-5 years as a Facebook Ads Expert, with a focus on Indian clients and increasing likes and engagement on pages.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including ad creation, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of accountability for campaign success.
