Reporting To: School Principal
Seniority: 10-15 years of relevant experience preferably with 3-5 years in a similar
educational or institutional setting. Employment Type: Full-time, campus-based
Key Responsibilities. Ideal Skill Set & Competencies
1. Strong Administrative Expertise
School administration experience (or similar scale: hospitals, corporates, or
hospitality). Policy implementation, records, SOP creation and compliance tracking. 2. Knowledge of Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
Fire safety, child safety, RTE norms, local municipal regulations, etc. 3. People Management
Ability to manage a diverse non-teaching team (security, housekeeping, drivers, etc.) Crisis handlingand conflict resolution, especially with parents. 4. Facility & Asset Management
Maintenance planning, AMC management, inventory controls, vendor coordination. 5. Communication & Crisis Response
Should be able to professionally handle parent escalations or emergency situations. 6. IT & System Awareness
Familiarity with basic ERP systems, ticketing systems for repairs/complaints, and school MISplatforms. Suggested Experience Background
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
