**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the school, including scheduling, record-keeping, and facilities management.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the school.
- **Staff Management**:
- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff, ensuring that they perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to administrative personnel.
- **Financial Management**:
- Develop and manage the school budget, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately to support educational programs and operational needs.
- Monitor expenses and revenue, and prepare financial reports for school management and stakeholders.
- **Communication and Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with school objectives and goals.
- **Policy Implementation and Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with relevant education regulations and policies, both at the local and state level.
- Implement school policies related to discipline, safety, and student conduct, enforcing them consistently and fairly.
- **Student Support and Welfare**:
- Oversee student enrollment and registration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Monitor student attendance and academic performance, and implement interventions as needed to support student success.
- **Community Outreach and Partnerships**:
- Foster positive relationships with community organizations, businesses, and other educational institutions to enhance opportunities for students and the school.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in school administration or educational leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Sound financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of education policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
