**Jr. IT Systems Administrator**

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**
- Education from BE/Tech - IT/Computer Science
- Minimum 1-3 years of helpdesk / IT work experience
- Consistent and professional work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and questioning skills
- Ability to multi-task work without team lead engagement
- Open to working in a 24/7work environment (including night shifts)
- The workplace will located in Pune, Maharashtra.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile phones, servers, and other company devices.
- Experience support software in Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
- Detail orientated
- Adept problem-solving skills
- A technical, logical thought process
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Able to prioritize workload
- Able to produce knowledge base articles for end-users.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies
- Understanding of information security protocols and practices, including managing anti-virus and endpoint protection

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide IT support across the company
- Providing training and guidance to end-users
- Respond in accordance with internal Helpdesk SLAs
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Installing and configuring Windows and Linux Servers
- Monitoring and maintaining IT assets inventory
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Manage user accounts in the Azure Active Directory environment
- Testing new technology
- Some proficiency in the Linux command line
- Basic Knowledge of Cloud technologies, especially Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Knowledge in Networking and Firewalls to give the team preliminary analyses of the issue.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, issues, and their resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOP)
