**We are looking for a Admin cum Commercial Executive who has a minimum 2-3 years of experience (Preferably of the Marine industry).A proven and successful track record in (Commercials) Sales, Purchases, with a negotiation scope.**

**Location of posting - Andheri,Mumbai**

**Job Time:

- 9:30 AM TO 6 PM**

**Typing Speed:

- 30wpm**

**Few responsibilities given below**:
**(i) Generating inquiries, Preparing quotations -Invoice - Purchase Order, and follow-ups leading to confirmation of orders**

**(ii) Creating continuous awareness of our products to prospective clients.**

**(iii) custom clearance matters, dealing with shipping,clearing forwarding companies/transporters and banks which involve negotiating import-export documents, paying custom duty.**

**(iv) compiling information and preparing reports on new market projects, new purchase orders placed**

**(v) Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.**

**(vi) Ability to successfully work with outside vendors and agencies.**

**(vii) Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).**

**(viii)** **Should be able to handle Shipments & Courier them to the Customer by preparing all Documents E way Bill Etc**

**Additional Qualifications: Computer literate with thorough knowledge of working on Windows, Excel, Adobe, Word.**

**Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month**
