We are looking for a well-organized, proactive, and student-friendly **Office Administrator & Student Counselor** to join our growing team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations and providing initial counseling support to students interested in studying abroad.

**Key Responsibilities:Office Administration**:

- Manage daily administrative tasks including documentation, data entry, and file organization.
- Handle front-desk responsibilities including welcoming students and parents.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth functioning of daily operations.
- Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings for counseling staff.

**Student Counseling**:

- Provide preliminary information to walk-in and phone inquiries about study abroad options.
- Coordinate with senior counselors and follow up with students regarding updates.
- Maintain student records and ensure CRM systems are updated.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1+ year of experience in office administration, front office, or student counseling (education industry preferred).
- Strong communication skills in **English and Malayalam** (spoken and written).
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Friendly, approachable personality with a problem-solving attitude.
- Prior experience in the study abroad or education consultancy industry is a plus.
