The counselor will be responsible for assessing student needs, providing career advice, and addressing any challenges students face during their learning journey. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Student Guidance**: - Provide one-on-one or group counseling sessions to understand students’ academic and career aspirations. - Offer advice on course selection, career paths, and skill development opportunities. - **Problem Resolution**: - Address academic, personal, or social challenges students face and suggest solutions. - Work with students to develop strategies for stress management, time management, and study planning. - **Career Support**: - Guide students on resume building, interview preparation, and professional etiquette. - Stay updated on job market trends and recommend career opportunities. - **Admissions Assistance**: - Provide accurate information about programs, eligibility, and scholarship options. - **Student Development**: - Organize workshops, webinars, and events on soft skills, career readiness, and personal growth. - Promote student engagement by addressing queries and motivating them toward their goals. - **Record Maintenance**: - Maintain detailed records of student interactions, progress, and outcomes. - Prepare periodic reports to track counseling impact and student satisfaction. - **Collaboration**: - Work closely with faculty, placement officers, and parents to address student needs holistically. - Act as a liaison between students and institutional departments when necessary. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Morning shift **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (required) - Counselling: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
