**About Yuja**

Yuja is a platform for modern urban rides and paratransit. Our apps for drivers and software tools for mobility help improve the way urban rides take place, while making them more sustainable. Through our products, we work towards the empowerment and upliftment of drivers and commuters. Yuja is a DIPP-recognized startup (Meiro Mobility Private Limited) supported by incubation centres at IIT-Gandhinagar, IIM-Bangalore, PDEU-IIC, and i-Hub Gujarat. **About the Role**
- Coordinate and plan marketing and publicity activities (office-based and on-field)
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns
- Customer support and engagement activities (telephonic and on-field)
- Develop and implement SOPs for marketing and customer support

**Basic Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum qualification: HSC, Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Spoken Gujarati (good), spoken Hindi (good), spoken English (basic)
- Ability to use mobile apps, desktop/laptop, and computers
- Ability to use office software (MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word/Google Docs)
- Must have a scooter/bike - local travel required

**Other Details**

Location: Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
