One of our reputed European MNC is hiring for OEM Sales at Pune

Experience Required: 6-9 Years

Location: Pune

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all commercial function including sales, marketing, business development and customer support for assigned Customers or region & new customers. To support in company's marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth by developing short & long term marketing plans.
- Formulating Sales and Marketing plans, guidelines and short-term strategies to achievethe goals and targets for the assigned BU/area
- To develop & drive the pricing strategy of the company.
- Develop and implement company's sales & BD strategy across defined customers.
- Execute benchmark, analyse results and monitor the main KPIs
- To penetrate deep into the customer organization through sustainable relationships. Coordinate project resources ensuring the achievement of goals (budget, time, results, etc..)
- Define sales plans and budgets, and the cost of distribution, for new products/services sharing the actions required to achieve these with the markets.

**Technical Skills**:

- Core tools Knowledge(SPC/MSA/PPAP/FMEA/APQP)
- ISO9001/ ISO 14001/ ISO18001
- TS 16949 Standard
- Knowledge of SD Module in SAP.
- (Mention specifically level required & if not applicable Leave the column Blank )

**Critical Skills**:

- Good knowledge of OEM Sales & Marketing will be critical to this functions.
- Flexibility & to lead by example will be an advantage.
- **Currently handling TATA & Mahindra's accounts.**
