Tile Sales Execuive

Rolls and responsibilities include:
- Promote and sell Tiles and other related products to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Should be able to close a deal & negotiate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Should be eager to learn and achieve their goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and helping the clients find items, and providing advice. Sales assistants should be friendly and have excellent communication skills.
- Handling transactions: Processing payments, returns, and refunds.
- Maintaining store appearance.
- Managing inventory.
- Tracking sales: Analysing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities, and tracking sales expenses.
- Handling complaints: Solving customer problems efficiently and diplomatically.
Qualification:
- Certificate of passing intermediate or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of experience with sales in relevant industries.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
