
Front Office Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- **Customer Service**: Greet visitors and clients, answer inquiries, and provide information about services or products. Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Input and maintain accurate records of client information, appointments, and transactions in relevant databases.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations, providing support as needed.
- **Financial Transactions**: Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage cash transactions when necessary.
- **Office Maintenance**: Ensure the front office area is organized and welcoming, keeping it tidy and presentable for visitors.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit reports on daily activities, customer feedback, and office operations.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office), and good organizational abilities.
