Job Description:

- As a Junior Finance Associate specializing in Loan Administration, you will play a vital role in supporting

the finance team by managing the day-to-day activities related to bank loans and financial agreements.

This entry-level position involves collaborating with banks, financial institutions, and internal

stakeholders to ensure the smooth administration and compliance of loan arrangements. Strong

organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and review of loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and

compliance with terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Communicate regularly with banks to provide updates, request information, and address

queries.
- Facilitate the timely disbursement of funds from financial Institution.
- Monitor repayment schedules and coordinate timely payments.
- Ensure compliance of the sanction terms and condition.
- Prepare and submit the required documents to lenders.
- Assist in analyzing the financial implications of loan terms and conditions.
- Support the renewal process for credit facilities, like preparation of required documents,

addressing the queries etc.
- Work with internal teams to gather necessary financial information for renewals.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records of loan-related documentation.
- Retrieve documents as needed for internal and external audits
- Provide assistance in various finance-related tasks and projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CA Inter, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and loan agreements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic finance environment.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
