Navi Mumbai, India ACS logistics Full time

Previous experience in sales, shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehousing will be advantageous.
- At least one year experience as a logistics account executive, or similar
- Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.

Requirement:

- Booking of Purchase Entries (Trade and Non trade) ,Petty Cash ,P D Account etc.
- Making payments of Customs Duty, Stamp Duty, TDS payment etc.
- Assisting with various departments within the company
- Maintaining vendor files.
- Depositing funds collection from the client.
- Monitoring balances of various accounts and related financial activity.
- Ensure that invoices are processed within the guidelines.
- Where the invoice details are incomplete contact the supplier / line of business and request for resubmit the invoice for payment.
- Auditing of processed invoice to ensure correct input of data before running payment.
- Release approved invoices for payment.
- Obtaining approvals from appropriate authorities when required

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
