**Role Overview**
The **Sales Executive - NVOCC** will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships with exporters, importers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners. The role involves generating new business leads, maintaining key customer accounts, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales and customer service excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop new business opportunities for **LCL / FCL / NVOCC** services in assigned regions.
- Identify and target potential clients, including exporters, importers, and freight forwarders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth cargo movement and service delivery.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service terms with clients and overseas agents.
- Provide regular market feedback on competitor activities, freight trends, and trade developments.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
- Participate in trade fairs, client meetings, and networking events to promote the company’s services.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in **NVOCC / Freight Forwarding / Shipping Line Sales**.
- In-depth knowledge of ocean freight, container shipping, and logistics processes.
- Strong network with exporters, importers, and freight forwarders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and freight management systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
