JD for Recruitment Trainee/Trainee IT Recruiter:
1. Resourcing - through Head Hunting, networking, usage of various job portals, existing database, social networking sites

2. Sourcing profiles from Database / Various Web Portals / LinkedIn

3. Preliminary screening / short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.

7. Maintaining MIS reports like daily call sheet, interviews arranged, offer details, etc.

Desirable: Bcom, Mcom,BBA, BCA, MCA graduate fresher (FEMALE), smart, confident, positive, energetic, systematic, with good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge and with a pleasant outlook and personality.

Training will be provided

**Be ready for an immediate face to face interview. We are looking for immediate joiners**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
