Wins are celebratedLocation: Bangalore ( WFO)Position: Trainee - Talent AcquisitionExperience: Fresher (Minimum qualification – Graduation degree)Key Responsibilities:Doing End-to-end RecruitmentAdvertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, such as newspapers, websites, and magazines.Using social media to advertise positions attracts candidates and buildsrelationships with candidates and employers.Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be at work; using candidate databases to match the right person to the organization vacancy.Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants.Briefing the candidate about the job's responsibilities, salary, and benefits.Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the Management. Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed.You will be working with key stakeholders of Zyoin and help us hire the right talent for our customers.Great to have:1.
