Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with CHROs, HR Heads, and Admin Heads of corporate firms through cold calls, LinkedIn, and networking events.

Pitching & Presentations: Effectively communicate Healic’s value proposition, services, and benefits to corporate decision-makers.

Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.

Sales Strategy Execution: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop outreach strategies and achieve monthly targets.

Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Create customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully.

Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the corporate wellness space.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for corporate clients.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate healthcare, or wellness solutions.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Ability to understand corporate HR/Admin requirements and position our solutions effectively.

Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
