**Description**:
As a Telecaller Executive at Sun Sea Jewellers, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our exquisite jewellery collections, and provide information about our latest offers and promotions. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

**Requirements / Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Pleasant and persuasive telephone etiquette.
- Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our jewellery collections and promote our latest offers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about product features, pricing, and availability.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Stay updated on our product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
