**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a strategic, result-oriented, and operations-savvy Chief Executive Officer to lead the overall business, drive manufacturing excellence, scale operations, and strengthen our market position in both domestic and international markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Strategy**:

- Define and execute the company’s long-term vision, business strategy, and growth roadmap.
- Lead all functional departments including production, sales, design, finance, and HR.
- Ensure alignment between day-to-day operations and long-term business goals.
- **Operations & Manufacturing**:

- Oversee daily factory operations with a strong focus on productivity, quality, safety, and compliance.
- Implement lean manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure OEE, downtime analysis, and machine performance reports are tracked and acted upon.
- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Review major proposals and quotations.
- Lead strategic customer acquisition efforts (Indiamart, international inquiries, key accounts).
- **Product & Engineering**:

- Supervise the design and development of new machines and custom projects.
- Drive innovation in packaging solutions, technology upgrades, and product diversification.
- **Financial Management**:

- Monitor budgets, cost structures, pricing models, and profitability.
- Approve procurement plans and CAPEX based on strategic priorities.
- Liaise with finance teams for audits, statutory filings, and working capital management.
- **Team Building & Culture**:

- Inspire, lead, and mentor departmental heads and staff across levels.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance.
- Oversee recruitment and talent development aligned with business needs.

**Desired Profile**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 10+ years in a leadership role, preferably in packaging machinery or special-purpose machine manufacturing.
- **Education**: Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Business Management.
- **Skills**: Strong business acumen, factory operations, team management, and market expansion.
- Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and implement structured processes.
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, and OEE tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
